PRISM Scan

With increased demands on businesses to deal with paper coming into an organisation, Synertec are at the leading edge of document imaging and have helped companies with these ever-increasing demands.

PRISM Scan gives the ability to archive documents for easy retrieval. Without the ability to find the archived information there is little benefit apart from space saving. PRISM Scan uses both OCR and barcode technologies to archive documents so they can be retrieved and distributed from anywhere on an organisations network.
